- REAL ESTATE EXPERT SERVICE FEE
In accordance with the Regulation on Real Estate Trade, Real Estate Experts deserve a service fee of 2% + VAT for the buyer and 2% + VAT for the seller. After the sale, the company officials are paid in cash.
